Ray Aguilar is a lifelong servant leader whose heart for giving back to his community has guided both his career and personal life. He currently serves as Deputy Chief of Staff at Commissioner Precinct 2, working under the leadership of Commissioner Charlie Riley. A dedicated Chamber member, Ray has already made a significant impact by serving as Chair of the Chamber’s Golf Tournament Committee, helping raise more than $40,000 to support Chamber initiatives. A native Houstonian and current Stagecoach resident, Ray brings a wealth of professional experience across healthcare, hotel and restaurant management, and senior care. His career has always been marked by a focus on service and leadership. Beyond his professional roles, Ray has given generously of his time and talents to numerous community organizations, including: CURRENT:

Ray’s motivation to serve comes from his family and his faith. He has been married for 35 years to his beautiful wife, Diana, and together they are the proud parents of twin daughters, Sara and Alexis Rae. His family is his greatest joy, pride, and source of inspiration. Guided by the wisdom of his late father, Ray lives by two simple but powerful questions: “Did you say your prayers? And did you help someone today?” These values shape his leadership and fuel his desire to continue serving the Chamber and the Southwest Montgomery County community through a position on the Board of Directors.
